- Email content often comes in piecemeal from Erika. Be careful to verify content to ensure all of the expected content is there, and jives for all segments.
- History of epic revisions. Please underscore the need to a perfect test before approval and double-check that all feedback is in before pushing forward to dev.
- Keep eagle-eyes on Litmus in Outlook to ensure that the hidden mso content is accurate. You won't see it in your inbox, but they'll see it in theirs. (Outlook 13 users)
- Sometimes they will ask to include Bill@lambertbridge.com on testing.
- Normally they are charged FMC for all club communications.
- Usually perfectly formatted CSVs of their club lists come from Beth, but Shelby also sometimes sends them. Typically we create campaign/launch specific lists instead of maintaining the Master All Subscribers and Club lists.
- Lists generally morph during a typical club run. Normal cadence is 1st send, resend to non-openers, and final send with final chance to customize being sent to a completely new updated club list.
- Often moves up the launch date. If it's in the hopper early, be ready to execute launch rapidly
